There was a large police presence in Birmingham's Avondale area Saturday afternoon after a chase that began nearly four miles away in the East Lake area.East precinct officers began the chase with two shooting suspects in the 500 block of 83rd Street North and ended with arrests in the 5100 block of 6th Avenue South.
