BUT THE HOPE IS THAT CHANGE IS ON THE HORIZON AND THAT CHANGE COMES WITH THE HEAD COACH WHO FREEZE HUGH FREEZE ADDED 42 PLAYERS TO HIS ROSTER THIS SEASON. Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze took the podium on Day 2 of SEC Media Days in Nashville on Tuesday. Freeze has flipped this program around in just months. The 2023 roster has 42 new players on it, with one of them joining Hugh Freeze today in Elijah McAllister. Freeze was asked what his biggest issue recruiting at Auburn is."I think the challenges are you have to hear from a lot of the players that you are recruiting that are elite players that there is no alignment at Auburn. Well, that may have been the case in the past — that is not the case now," Freeze said.Freeze hopes to turn a program around that went just 5-7 last season under Bryan Harsin and interim head coach Cadillac Williams.
