• Top: More two-out hitting pushed another run across for the Tide. Tommy Seidl’s single to center scored Guscette to make it Alabama 6, BC 0. All six Alabama runs came with two outs.
• Bottom: The Eagles again went down in order.

Second inning

• Top: Tommy Seidl draws a one-out walk. Dominic Tamez drove him in with a two-out single to right that made it Alabama 5, BC 0. Shelton drove one to right on the next at-bat but right at the RF.

First inning
